Step 9 - Run the Race:
- Displays current racers, lane assignments, finish order, times or
points, and scale speed.
- Displays the "On Deck" racers so they can be prepared for
the next heat, which will help speed up your race.
- The "On Deck" list can be expanded to full screen display
for better visibility.
- Heats do not have to be run in order and you can easily switch to
another race group or round.
- Can interface with a serial port timing system.
- Results can also be manually entered or edited.
- Capable of controlling a drag racing style start light tree system,
triggering a solenoid activated start gate and interfacing with a
timing system, all from one button.
- Some sound effects buttons are provided to add spice to your race.
You may substitute your own sound effects files.
- Display your track's record time and speed along with the record
holder's name, if desired. As racing progresses, the computer will
notify you if the record has been broken and you will have the option
to update the record.
- Displays the top all-time times.
- Run test heats or head-to-head tiebreakers.
- Fonts automatically resize to fill the screen, giving better visibility
of results to the audience.
- You can even set the software to automatically display the next heat,
after a configurable time delay. This will help you pace your race.
- If running a No Chart race, you can manually schedule racers to heats on the fly.
- Once the racing is done for the round, then a new round can be started,
if you desire. The top racers will be automatically determined
and advanced to the next round. You can also start a Grand Finals
race of the top finishers overall or from each race group, if
desired.
- A count down timer is available for displaying the time until racing
starts or when an intermission will be over.
- The screen can be customized in many ways.
