If not completely satisfied with any return eligible item, within 30 days, we will refund the purchase price. Shipping and handling charges, however, are not refundable.
We are not responsible for any delivery delays due to USPS, UPS or FedEx handling, inclement weather, natural disaster, or other cause outside of our control. We are also not responsible if your email provider sticks any of our emails, such as the order update email with your serial#(s), in your Spam/Junk Mail folder and you don't check there.

Defective Products:
Please contact us directly if you receive a defective product.
Non-Software Products:
Return the product in the original, unopened packaging. It must be in resellable condition. There is a 15% restocking fee (we have to pay a fee for every refund transaction).
Software Products:
Software is non-returnable. We provide a software serial number to unlock the software's features. Once that serial number has been issued, we have no way of verifying that the software was in fact uninstalled and all copies of the serial number, even in electronic form, have been destroyed. We do offer the software as a downloadable demo, so you can evaluate the software prior to purchasing a license.
Order Cancellation:
A software order may be cancelled, only as long as the software serial#(s) has not been issued. However, once a serial#(s) has been issued, then the order is considered filled and is then non-cancellable and non-refundable. Non-software orders may be cancelled up until they have been shipped.

- Review Product Info - Carefully review the product information and screenshots on this website to make sure the features meet your needs and hardware, if applicable.
- Review Software Requirements - Make sure the software will work with your computer setup.
- Review Hardware Requirements (if applicable) - Make sure the software will work with your hardware devices.
- Download the Software Demo - This will allow you to evaluate the software first-hand, so you can see if it meets your needs.
- Don't Rush - It takes time to evaluate some types of race software and to practice with it. If your race is coming up very soon, it may be best to wait until next year.
