New Software Orders

Serial number delivery is NOT automated

Here's how the process works:

  1. Place your order through our website.
  2. The website will send you an order confirmation email.
  3. For credit card orders, we do our best to process orders the same business day, if received before 4 PM Mountain Time.  For check orders, we process the order once the payment is received.
  4. When your order is completed, you will receive an order update email with your new serial number(s).

Important Notes:

  • If you are not receiving emails from our website, check your Junk Mail or Spam folders. Unfortunately, some email providers dump our emails there.
  • We process orders on a first come first served basis and do so as fast as we can. Calling us will not get you your serial number(s) any faster. That just slows us down on processing orders.
  • Your old serial number will not work in the new version of the software.


Downloading the Software

You can download any of our software packages at any time from our Downloads page. The software will act as a demo until you enter your new software serial number.


Retrieving a Serial Number

If you purchased the software or a software upgrade from our website, you can retrieve your serial number(s) through your order history using the following steps:

  1. Click on the "Log In" link on the navigation bar towards the top of the website and log in.
  2. Click on the "My Account" link that will have appeared on the navigation bar.
  3. In the Order Information section, you will see your order(s) listed (newest to oldest). Click on the "View" link for the desired order.
  4. Down at the bottom, in the "Order History" section, you will see the status history for that order. For a completed order, that will include your serial number(s) for the software that was ordered.

If the software was purchased from one of our dealers, then hopefully you (or someone in your organization) had registered the serial number with us. If so, use the contact info on the Contact Us page to seek further assistance.

If the software was not purchased from us and was not registered with us, then you will need proof of purchase in order for us to help you further.
