Can I install the software to more than one computer?
Each of our software packages can be installed to no more than two computers at any given time, for the person or group that it is licensed to. If you are no longer using the software on a computer, just uninstall it, so you can install to another computer later.
For more information on our licensing, please see:

Does your software run on 64 bit versions of Windows?
Yes, all of our software packages will run on 64 bit versions of Windows.
For a new version upgrade, do I need to have the old version already installed?
No. When you install the new version it will install all the files that it will need. You can even still run the older version, if you wish, as the new version will not install to the same location.
I need help retrieving my serial number (lost or crashed hard drive).
If you purchased the software originally from our website or purchased an upgrade, you can retrieve your serial number(s) through the website using the following steps.
- Click on the "Log In" link on the navigation bar towards the top of the website and log in.
- Click on the "My Account" link that will have appeared on the navigation bar.
- You will see your order(s) listed (newest to oldest). Click on the "View" link for the desired order.
- Down in the "Order History" section, you will see the status history for that order. For a completed order, that will include your serial number(s) for the software that was ordered.
If the software was purchased from one of our dealers, then hopefully you (or someone in your organization) had registered the serial number with us. If so, use the contact info on the Contact Us page to seek further assistance.
If the software was not purchased from us and was not registered with us, then you will need proof of purchase in order to receive a serial number.
If I install the latest version of your software, will it kill my old version or data files?
No. The new version will want to install itself to a new location, so it will not overwrite the old version or any of your data files.
This does allow you to test drive the new version without causing a problem with your old version.
Will your software run on a Mac?
Users have been able to successfully use our software on a Mac which is setup to run Windows programs via Bootcamp, Parallels, VMWare Fusion, or other emulator. However, we don't make any guarantees as to how well it would run.
