"SuperTimer II" Setup
You can interface with a SuperTimer II timer, using GrandPrix Race Manager's custom timer interface.
First, check the SuperTimerIIProtocols.xls spreadsheet, which was provided from one of our software users. Based on the number of track lanes that you have enabled, enter that code into the Custom Serial Timer screen as shown in the screenshot. Match the other settings as shown.
Important Notes
- This is not a supported timer, meaning that we cannot guarantee how well the software will work with that timer. In other words, use it at your own risk. We do recommend using one of the supported timing systems instead, as we have agreements in place with those manufacturers to ensure close compatibility of our software with their timers.
- Starting with GrandPrix Race Manager Version 14, only the Pro version has the "Other Serial Timer" interface.
